ST 62

The ST 62 is designed for use with all types of analogue photographic sound tracks on motion picture films, including the cyan dyed tracks.
This reader module will give a high quality sound reproduction.

The ST 62  can replace the standard white sound exciter lamp, Steenbeck part number  9956.1080.00,  and fits into the same socket.
(the white sound exciter lamp is still available for standard optical sound track)

Installation is very simple and can be done by the user.
The mirror opening must be faced against the gap optics. Before tightening, please turn the ST 62 for maximum output, by using a SMPTE alignment test film or a cyan sound track that you know well.
The PSU and optical preamplifier don’t need any adjustments.
